Modak- Order & Delivery
All About Modak’s order and delivery in year 2016:
a) We are starting Modak order deliveries from Wednesday 31st Aug 2016. But you may already place the order.
b) To get Modak delivered, please make sure to place the order atleast 2 days in advance.
c) Customer can choose their desired delivery date and can mention the same in the Notes (Available in shipping cart).
d) Please consider the ‘estimated delivery time after dispatch’ (available at Shipping and return page ) while placing your order. The order delivery will be based on those estimated time.
e) If your order for Modak’s is combined with other grocery items, the full order will be dispatched based on delivery dates of the Modaks.
Discounts, Offers and Gift Cards
Q. What are the current offers and discounts at RashanSupply?
A. We run different discounts and offers on our websites from time to time. This is communicated to the customers through our website, emails, newsletter or other means. Currently we have the following:
- Special offers on various products: You can find these discounted products on the Home page (in the center part) under ‘Special Offer’. If you don’t see it, scroll down the page.
- 10% Discount: You get 10% discount on the total grocery purchase amount, only if you are registered with us. So to avail this offer, please first create your account. Then use Discount Code 'welcome' on your first order Checkout Page.
Q. How to use a Discount Code?
A. At the checkout page, in the right-side section, you will be able to enter the discount code.
Q. My Discount Code is not working?
A. There can be different reasons for your discount code not working:
- You are not a registered customer - to use the discounts, you have to register with us. Please create your customer account.
- Discount Code was already used - normally one discount code can be used by a customer only once, unless otherwise stated.
- Multiple Discounts - only one discount code can be used for an order, you can't use 2 or more discount codes at a time.
- Discount Code has expired - please check the expiry of the discount code from the source you have got it (mail, newsletter, website etc).
Q. How to use a Gift Card?
A. At the checkout page, in the right-side section, you will be able to enter the Gift Card code.
Q. I have a Discount Code and a Gift Card, can I use both simultaneously?
A. If you have a valid discount code and a valid gift card, you may use both simultaneously as mentioned above on the same order.
Q. What does registration mean and how to register?
A. Registration means that you create your customer account with RashanSupply. You can register by clicking on the "Log in" link at the top right corner of the homepage. Provide the information in the form that appears. Please review our Terms and Conditions and submit the registration information.
Q. Explain about Shipping and Self Pick-up.
A. For your orders placed with us, you may use either our Shipping or your Self Pick-up:
Shipping: RashanSupply delivers the Indian sub-continent grocery/food items to your home or shipping address. In this case, delivery costs may be applied, please see the shipping chart for more information on the shipping rates, timing etc for your country.
Self Pick-up: You may choose to pick-up your order from our pick-up location mentioned further below in this FAQ. In this case you will not be charged for the delivery service (i.e. no shipping charges). Self pick up and pick up are used interchangeably by RashanSupply.
Q. Which locations is your grocery home delivery possible?
A. RashanSupply is functional and is able to deliver in the following countries (All cities):

Q. What does free shipping mean?
A. Free Shipping means that to deliver your order (at your home or shipping address), we will not charge you the shipping/delivery service. Free shipping is available for orders with total amount greater than €39.99 (after discounts included) in The Netherlands. For other countries, please check free shipping order amount in the shipping chart.
Q. What is the minimum amount for an order?
A. You may place an order with any amount. There is no minimum amount required to place an order.
Q. What is the minimum amount for shipping?
A. There is no minimum amount required for shipping. There are different shipping charges depending on the order amount. Please check the shipping chart to find out the charges to deliver your order.
Q. What is the minimum amount for pick-up?
A. The minimum amount for pick-up is €19.99.
Q. When/Where can I pick-up?
A. For pick-up, please make an appointment with us emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling at +31(0)682430303. At a mutually convenient time, you may pick-up your order.

Q. When will my order be delivered?
A. For the Netherlands: Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered the next working day. Any order placed on Friday after 12pm will be considered as placed on Monday before 12pm order and so will be delivered on Tuesday.
